Simultaneous Leg Circles
Simultaneous leg circles can be done with an 8” inflatable ball. Start by lying on your back. Clench your abs and place the ball under your bottom. Your knees should be bent with your feet flat on the floor. Squeeze your abs and extend your legs until your knees are slightly bent. Your legs should be parted and at a 45 degree angle with the floor. Now rotate both legs inward so that they both draw an imaginary circle, rotating 5 times toward your center. Now switch directions and rotate both legs outward 5 times. Clench your abs as you lower your legs to the original position.
