The Anterior Shoulder Stretch
To do an anterior shoulder stretch, begin by standing with your back perfectly straight. Place your feet about a foot apart. There is no need to keep your abs tight or to keep your knees bent during this stretch. Reach behind your back in order to join your hands together, palms facing each other. Now lift your arms toward the ceiling and hold the stretch for 20 seconds. Lower your arms and rest them at your sides.
